Location limitation of our offer of products or services:

We do not have stores outside of the USA for purposes of online shopping, and we reserve the right to not ship our products outside of North America for purposes of online shopping depending on shipment restrictions. Further, to sign up for our e-mail list in one of our stores, a phone number or email address may be required, which could contain personally identifying identifiers so you will be asked to expressly consent to us collecting and using this information.

For purposes of EU users, we process information as both a Processor and Controller, depending on the circumstances, as those terms are defined in the Privacy Directive and the GDPR.
